 Ingredients:

 Chicken thighs - 4 pieces
 Nuts - 250 gm
 Potatoes - 3-4 pieces
 Milk - 50 gm
 Butter - 15 grams
 Onion - 1 piece
 one egg
 Mushroom - 200 grams
 vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons
 Salt, to taste -
 Ground black pepper - to taste.
 Ready-made dough similar to samosa flakes in the form of squares
 Oh, it can be made at home, provided that it is light

 How to prepare:

 1. It is more convenient to buy ready-made refrigerated dough in square shape
  Leave it on the table at room temperature to defrost naturally.
 This greatly simplifies the cooking process. The package usually contains 2 20x20cm dough squares.

 2. Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water until soft. and mash

 3 Chop the large nuts into several small pieces and saute a little

 .
 4. Add some salt and pepper to the chicken legs and fry them in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

 5. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden.

 6. Wash the mushrooms, chop, fry until cooked.

 7. Add to boiled potatoes with butter and milk. Mix well.
 8. Put the fried onions, mushrooms and nuts in the mashed potatoes and mix.

  9. Roll out the melted dough into a thickness of 3-4 mm
 And cut into 4 equal squares (about 13 x 13 cm).

 10. Put a small amount of the potato mass with the rest of the ingredients in the middle of each dough.

 13. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees

 Bake chicken bags with dough until golden brown.

 14. Remove the threads from the chicken bags if using them

 Chicken legs are served in a bag, garnished with fresh herbs and vegetables.
