Russian Pavlova sweets Pavlova sweets are very delicious, 




and in this recipe we present the Pavlova in a distinctive and beautiful way, garnished with wonderful red pomegranate seeds, mint leaves and raisins with a delicious creamy taste.




 How to make pavlova dessert

  the ingredients
 4 egg whites
 1 cup sugar
 1 tablespoon cornstarch
 1 teaspoon white vinegar
 decorations
 1 cup whipping cream
 1 tablespoon vanilla
 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
 1 whole pomegranate, without seeds
 1/4 cup pistachio








  Preparation steps


 Use a clean, dry glass bowl for egg whites
 Plastic contains grease and flavors, which prevents egg whites from multiplying


  Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form


  At this point, start mixing a tablespoon of sugar at a time


 Then beat well between each addition. Once the sugar has dissolved, whisk for another 6 or 7 minutes


   To test if the sugar has completely dissolved, take a small amount between your fingers and feel for any remaining granules
 If it is smooth then it is ready
 If you still feel the granules, keep hitting for another 2 minutes
 
 Then sift the cornstarch on it, add vinegar to it and mix all the ingredients well


  Then bring the baking tray and put four equal piles of the pavlova mixture


  On a baking tray covered with butter paper
  Flatten the tops of the mixture with the back of a spoon and create a nozzle in the middle of the pile
  To fill it later with whipped cream


  Bake the buffalo at 225 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes


  Now is the time to peel and chop the pistachios


 Prepare the pomegranate, cut it into quarters and remove the seeds in a bowl filled with water
 This will protect your clothes from bright red juice stains


 Once done baking, turn off the oven


 Pull the door open and let it cool completely in the oven
  This will give them one last chance to dry it out a bit


   Beat the whipped cream until it reaches a smooth consistency


 Then add 1 tablespoon of vanilla and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar


   Mix the plural together


 Crush half of the pomegranate seeds in a mortar and pestle well to decorate the serving time


  Transfer all the baked mixture to a serving plate and cover with whipped cream, pistachios, whole and crushed pomegranate seeds and pomegranate juice.
