Spinach with meat is delicious and easy

1- Chop an onion and add it to the pressure cooker with vegetable oil and stir over the heat

2- Add two tablespoons of tomato sauce and stir

3- Add the chopped garlic cloves and stir

4- Add the washed meat pieces and stir

5- Add the chopped tomato juice

6- Add (Maggi cubes - black pepper - cumin - dried coriander)

7- Add a small can of drained canned chickpeas

8- Add hot water, cover and press for half an hour to 40 minutes

9- Cut the spinach into medium pieces, wash it well and drain it

10- After the meat is cooked, add the spinach and the large garlic pieces and press it again for ten minutes

11- Serve it with white rice or bread
This dish is really delicious
